This week was awesome! We were able to prepare Hugo for his baptism interview and he passed! So everything is good for his baptism this saturday! :) all the members love him! its so great to see them really getting involved in missionary work! we have to make a Noche de Hogar ( family home evening) calendar because all of the members want to invite him! Fellow shipping is a HUGE part of a journey of a new member! and its so great to see an investigator really be comfortable with the branch :) it is something I know I can improve on once I return, not just being friends with the new members but with all of the members! :) and I challenge y'all to do the same!
We were also able to hit standards this week! (standards are kinda like weekly goals that our mission has in correlation to our lessons taught, new investigators, and investigators who come to church) this was the first time that we have reached them as a companionship, so that was exciting!
Its already week 4 of this transfer...time just keeps on flying! I decided that I am not going to be transferred...ever. haha i want to stay in this area! Im sure President will understand ;)
For my fluent friends out there, feel free to correct me :)
I love you all! have an amazing week!

We have been super busy this week!
One of our investigators basically invited himself to be baptized haha and so now we are preparing him to be baptized on the 25th :) we met him a little less than a month ago, and everytime we had seen him, we invited him to be baptized. and everytime he said that he needed more time. Then one day we were at a restaurant with him and he asked, if we would invite him to become a member of the church...so we did and he said yes! then we asked if we could set a date and he said "tomorrow?" haha needless to say He was definetly prepared by the Lord and I am so grateful for the chance to know him! We were able to go to a baptism of one of the investigators of Hna Bagley in her old area, and Hugo (our investigator) came too! it was really great :)
I gave my first talk in spanish, outside of the mtc yesterday! It went pretty well :)
I love being able to understand the members and the people we talk with :) the spanish has picked up for sure! :)
sorry, i dont have too much to say, and we didnt take any pictures either.. haha we have been super busy! anyway, I hope you all have a great week! thanks for all of your support! :)

What a week of changes, adjusting, learning, and meeting incredible people!!
I want everyone to know that the power of prayer is real! I have received a lot of answers to my prayers this past week! I can also testify that as we pray more often we are able to better see the hand of the Savior in our lives :)
So, I got una companera nueva! She is so sweet and very willing to be obedient! She is from kansas! and has been our ten months! Good things are going to happen in the area with her! :) I am so excited to keep working with her!
This last sunday we prepared a lesson about El Dia de Reposo, The Sabbath Day. Its a blessing that we have. a whole day to come closer to Christ and Our Heavenly Father :) Howver, we are not perfect (sorry to burst anyones bubble) and maybe there are some activities we do on sunday, that could be avoided or changed. I know I have a few haha. So, this next Sunday I want everyone to choose something to do on Sunday, besides going to church (reading scriptures, family history work, spending time with family) to help them come closer to Christ. Sure, watching videos all day is great, I mean, we are resting right? haha but I hope that as we go about our activities on Sunday we can ask, Is this inviting the Spirit? Is this helping me strengthen my testimony?
anyway there is my little invitation for the week!
the people we work with here are so incredible. I hope I never leave!! I love seeing the gospel change lives and bring happiness to people!! :)
I love you all! I hope you have a great week!
